If you have a Geo Device that comes with Windows 10 then the Office 365 1-year subscription can be activated once set up is complete. Once the Office 365 subscription is activated, you cannot transfer it to another Microsoft Account.
Therefore, you must set up your Geo Device with the Microsoft Account that you want the Office 365 1-year subscription on. If you have a Geo Device that comes with Windows 11 then the Office 365 1-year subscription will activate automatically during the set up process.
